Thank you for booking with Skydive SWOOP!

Thank you for booking with us! Unfortunately Skydiving is a very weather-dependent sport and we are occasionally grounded because we cannot jump in high winds, solid clouds or rain. It is not unusual for it to be raining in the morning when we conduct the training and then a few hours later it is a bright sunny day. If after your training your jump does get cancelled you will be able to return any time within 60 days and get in the air without delay. Please don't be angry with us if the weather or conditions are not favourable and you don't get to make your jump that day... sometimes we just run out of daylight.

Please make certain that you meet the requirements to be a safe skydiver.

Skydivers MUST be at least 18 years of age and at most 225lbs. No exceptions. Everyone must be in good physical condition and be able to bend, stretch and kneel comfortably. If you are over 50 or not in good shape then you are still welcome but may be restricted to a tandem jump only. This is for your safety and at the sole discretion of SWOOP.

If you have sustained any type of injury in the past or are being treated for a current medical condition (such as heart disease) and question whether you should be participating in skydiving then please consult your doctor. We are not medical experts. It is for your safety that you speak with a medical professional prior to jumping.

If you have different types of jumps for a group then please describe in the special instructions section below. For regular bookings a $100 no-show fee will be charged for every person who does not show.

Please note that Gift Certificates are purchased at their full value, are non-refundable, and have an expiry date of 1 year after purchase. Gift certificates will not be honoured after this time. If you cannot accept the expiry date then do not purchase a gift certificate.

While we will attempt to accomodate your preferred time, please note that this is only a preference for arrival and NOT a jump time. You should expect to be at the drop zone for at least 3 hours minimum. We will confirm your arrival time selection when your booking is confirmed.

Although getting video and/or pictures of your jump is optional, and may appear expensive, you will never again do your first jump. The only people who regret the video are the people who don't get it.
